Your answers do two things.

First, they build your report. We keep your answers linked to your account so you can retake this later and see what moved.

Second, if you opt in below, a copy of your answers helps improve the method and may appear in our published research. Before that copy is used, we remove direct identifiers like your name and email, and we report results only in aggregate, patterns across many sellers. Removing a name does not by itself make data anonymous, so we also limit the detail we publish, and we commit to never attempting to identify you from research data. Anyone who processes that data for us is held to the same commitment.

Specifically:

• Your identifiable answers stay linked to your account so you can track change over time
• If you opt in, a de-identified copy is used in aggregate analysis, and we publish only aggregate findings
• We do not sell your responses, and we do not share your individual responses, except with service providers who process data for us under contract, and, if you are taking this under an employer license, with your employer
• We keep raw answers for five years from your most recent assessment, then delete them from active systems. Routine backups cycle out on their own schedule. If your de-identified answers become part of a published finding, that specific data may be retained longer, for up to ten years after publication, so the finding can be verified. It is never re-identified
• You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your data at any time at privacy@pivotsales.ai. We verify the request and respond within 45 days. Results already combined into published aggregate findings cannot be pulled back out
• If we ever materially change how we use answers you have already given, we will ask you again rather than applying it retroactively
