Assessment responses

When you take a PivotSales assessment we collect your answers to each question, the result those answers produce, and any optional context you provide such as role, tenure, and industry.

We use this to generate your report, to let you retake assessments and track change over time, and, where you have opted in, to conduct and publish aggregate research on sales performance.

We share this information with service providers who process data on our behalf under contracts limiting their use of it. If you take an assessment under an employer license, your employer can see your individual results. We do not sell your responses, and we do not otherwise share individual responses.

We retain raw assessment responses for five years from your most recent assessment, after which they are deleted from active systems. Where de-identified responses become part of a published research finding, that dataset may be retained for up to ten years after publication, so the finding can be verified, without re-identifying anyone. Aggregate and statistical results, which contain no information identifying any individual, may be retained and published indefinitely.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time at privacy@pivotsales.ai. We verify requests and respond within 45 days. Some information may be retained where required by law, and data already incorporated into published aggregate findings cannot be individually removed.

If we make a material change to how we use information already collected, we will seek your consent again rather than applying the change retroactively.
