PivotSales.ai Events
Event Terms
Effective date: September 29, 2026. Version 1.0.
1. About these terms
These Event Terms govern your registration for and participation in any event offered by ClientON, LLC, a Utah limited liability company doing business as PiVOTSALES.ai ("PiVOTSALES.ai," "we," "us," or "our"), with its principal mailing address at 26 S Rio Grande St, Salt Lake City, UT 84101. "Event" means any webinar, livestream, podcast recording, workshop, or in-person session we host or promote through pivotsales.ai. By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or attending an Event, you agree to these terms. If you register on behalf of an organization or another person, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for them.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register for or attend an Event.
3. Registration and tickets
You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it current. Each registration is personal to the named attendee. You may not sell, resell, or auction a registration or ticket. Where transfers are enabled for an Event, they must be made through your attendee portal. We may decline or cancel any registration at our discretion, including registrations that appear automated, duplicated, or fraudulent. If we cancel a paid registration for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we will refund the amount you paid.
4. Free and paid Events
Free Events carry no charge. Capacity may be limited, and registration does not guarantee a seat when a waitlist applies. Prices for paid Events are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not store your full payment card details. Any applicable taxes are shown before you complete your purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
5. Event access
Online access links are personal to you. Do not share, post, or forward them. We may make join links available only shortly before an Event begins. Admission to an onsite Event requires a valid ticket and may require photo identification matching the registration. A waitlist offer must be claimed within the time stated in the offer, after which it passes to the next person. We may deny entry to, or remove, anyone who breaches these terms, without refund.
6. Changes, postponement, and cancellation
We may change an Event's speakers, agenda, format (including moving from onsite to online), time, or venue. We will notify registered attendees by email of material changes. If we cancel or postpone a paid Event, the Refund Policy applies. We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs you incur in connection with an Event.
7. Code of conduct
You agree to participate respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, threats, disruptive behavior, unsolicited selling to other attendees, and sharing unlawful content are not permitted. We may mute, remove, or ban participants at our discretion.
8. Recording, photography, and publicity
Events may be recorded, photographed, or streamed. If you speak, appear on camera, or post in a public chat or Q&A, you consent to your name, voice, image, and contributions appearing in those recordings and to our use of them to deliver, replay, and promote PiVOTSALES.ai Events and services. You can participate with your camera and microphone off. At onsite Events, please tell a staff member if you prefer not to be photographed. You may not record, capture, or rebroadcast any Event, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
9. Intellectual property
All Event content, including presentations, frameworks, methodologies, materials, recordings, and replays, is owned by PiVOTSALES.ai or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view Event content for your own internal learning. You may not copy, distribute, sell, adapt, or create derivative works from Event content without our written permission.
10. Communications
We will send you emails necessary to deliver the Event, including confirmations, reminders, access details, changes, and replay links. We send marketing emails only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy, including its Events section, explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
12. Third-party platforms
Online Events may be delivered through third-party platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, StreamYard, or Riverside. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their performance.
13. Educational content; no guarantee of results
Events are provided for educational and informational purposes and are not legal, financial, tax, or employment advice. We do not guarantee any particular business, sales, or financial result from attending an Event or applying its content.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Events and all related content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PiVOTSALES.ai and its owners, employees, speakers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from any Event. Our total liability for any claim relating to an Event will not exceed the amount you paid for the registration at issue, or one hundred U.S. dollars for free Events.
16. Onsite Events: assumption of risk
Attending an onsite Event involves risks, including travel and ordinary premises risks. You attend voluntarily and are responsible for your own conduct, belongings, and compliance with venue rules. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Utah law.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PiVOTSALES.ai from claims arising out of your breach of these terms or your conduct at an Event.
18. Circumstances beyond our control
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, public health orders, utility or internet outages, platform failures, labor disputes, or government action.
19. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you register applies to that registration, and each registration records the version you accepted.
